La Belle Maison Milot

Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle.

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

I like the fact that it was in a safe location/environment. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The food was very good. The value was excellent.

The room was too small. Shower needs to be updated. Water was going out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Got hot water the first night but none the last two night.

The breakfast was excellent and it was a la carte. The breakfast and the staff's willingness to accommodate our needs made the stay a lot more enjoyable. Great administration and great staff, I can't talk enough about the staff. The location was excellent as well, very close to Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle.

Provide the air conditioner for the hours that they promised

The food was excellent but i came in the wrong season , what i prefer was not available in the kitchen all the time

The cable of the television must be changed.. too much technical problem
