The unit has a nice balcony, comfy sofa and bed, a TV, some kitchenware, and a nice dining table. Overall very happy with the stay as the unit had everything one may need. Great location as well. The bus station is nearby and if you take bus number 1 it takes one stop to reach to airport and one stop to reach to the central station.

There was no shampoo when I wanted to take a shower, so I had to quickly go to a nearby supermarket and buy one, but I understand everyone has their different hair care needs so not a criticism, but maybe general improvement advice for consideration.

The directions and pictures to locate the property were inadequate at best. Also, the “easy to contact” host only wanted to text, and would not answer the phone. Bedding was insufficient(flat pillows and insufficient mattress for any comfort). Safety on the doors and windows are obviously a priority. I would not stay here ever again, especially for the $ charges. And I should have to empty the trash cans 😡

Perfect location, 5min walk until Lidl and 5min walk until bus stop where you can catch bus to Bergamo centre or airport. Beautiful apartment and balcony with mountain view. Definitely big plus was washing machine as we travelled with little one. Tidy and quiet apartment, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, only thing there isn't salt/pepper and oil in kitchen. And you need to take your rubbish out as no one clean apartment when we stayed there for 4 nights.

Very clean, nice garden, located close to the bus stop, nice wooden furniture, good, cozy and cool space, dishwasher and washing machine, very friendly and cooperative hosts.

The mattresses are very low quality and very uncomfortable. In the double bedroom they are actually two smaller than the size of the bed and they are swinging by any movement during the sleep. The sofa bed is absolutely impossible for normal use, totally uncomfortable and even dangerous for the back.
