Appartement calme.

Appartement un peu vieillot. L’échelle pour l’accès au couchage du dessus etait inutilisable.

Parapetto di un pergolo rimosso (rotto?) nella parte alta. Non fossi stato in ferie sarei andato dai vigili. Impianto elettrico di (almeno) 70 anni, morsetti e fili a vista sulla cappa di un’epoca a me ignota. elettrodomestici (frigo, lavatrice, forno) almeno anni 70. Puzza di muffa e chiuso persistente, segni di rimozione su ogni angolo dei soffitti. Di notte (h10 circa) puzza fortissima di fumo all’interno del locale: probabilmente entrava dalla cappa della cucina, collegata con un tubo vecchissimo in modo posticcio al camino interno al muro. Non ho dormito tutta la notte. Ragnatele che scendono dai cardini delle porte. Indecente. Booking non dovrebbe permettere di affittare immobili del genere.

Elhelyezkedés, jól felszerelt konyha, elfogadható ár, 4 fős család számára kényelmes.

Televízió nem működik, wifi nincs (mobilnet térerő is elég gyenge), időnként nehézkes parkolás, amikor a két autó számára alkalmas füves rész közepére egy autóval beállnak... érdemes lenne felhívni az ügyfelek figyelmét rá, hogy az két autó számára van fenntartva. Függöny nincs, amennyiben nem szeretnéd nyilvánosan használni a fürdőt, be kell csukni a splaettát.

I remember such furniture from my childhood, and it was already old by then 3. The bunk beds matrasses were very soft, and uncomfortable 4. Very difficult and long time to get to to the place - at least 16 180 degrees road descent turns via Passo Giao if you are driving from Cortina

Communication with the owner is very fast and smooth. The apartment's location is good (you still need a car to access the ski-lifts, but it's only a 2-minute drive). Store is also availalble within 2-minute drive. Parking was always availalble. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with plenty of new dishes. The beds have a type of memory foam, so we slept like babies. Nice and quiet surroundings, with a view of the mountains and a partial view of the lake.

The fridge could not be regulated (it was too cold, so some food might have slightly frozen 😅). The apartment was very clean, except for the sofa, which was covered in (animal?) hair—we just covered it with spare linen. The bathroom is a bit outdated, with loose shower doors and some water dripping from the boiler.

It is a very nice apartment with everything you could ask for. Amazing views, 2 terraces, free parking, comfy beds and 3 coffee Moka pots 😁 We were warned before we arrived that there was a problem with the heating and offered a cancellation, but it wasn't cold and there is a fireplace so you could have a fire if needed. Staff were helpful and quick to respond with questions we had.

The accommodation was very clean and provided everything we needed, including a hairdryer, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. The location is about 60-90 minutes from most Dolomites attractions, although it’s a steep drive down. It’s situated in a charming spot by the lake, and there’s a safe underground parking available. We particularly enjoyed the two pleasant balconies.

The mattresses were not very comfortable, and the towels were too small—it would be great if larger ones were provided. Also, be careful with the water temperature, as it can get very hot.
