Counting Stars Luxury Cabin!

The location was perfect for us. The cabin was very clean and comfy cozy. The kitchen had more wares than we expected which was very nice.

There is no privacy on the ground floor. The mini blinds in the downstairs bathroom were damaged.

Excellent location....very peacefully and quiet

The hot tub was amazing and so was the pool table. The area was nice and peaceful. Quick drive to an amazing coffee shop and not to far from towns like pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Everything was great. No complaints really.

Great location-quiet, but close to the National park and PF and Gatlinburg. Clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group.

Ladybugs, dead and alive, all over the inside of the cabin for the entire trip. Owner’s response was “yeah, ladybug season is almost over, just make sure not to leave any doors open so more don’t get in” even after we advised they were coming in through a second floor window that was not properly sealed. On the second night the living room flooded and despite the flooding stopping when the water to the downstairs toilet was shut off (even with no visible leaking from the bowl or tank), owner indicated the flood was our fault bc he’d had two previous tenants complain of the same situation and he determined it was due to the shower curtain in the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom not being closed properly during showers. 5-6 showers had been taken in that bathroom before the flooding with no issue. The flooding occurred when the washer (located in a closet next to the downstairs bathroom) was used for the first time. Did not occur again after a plumber came out the next day, even though we continued to use both the washer and the upstairs shower, though owner indicated the plumber had found nothing wrong downstairs. Owner expected us to clean up the flooding, even though there were not sufficient supplies in the cabin to do so, as he stated it was too late in the evening to have someone come out and clear out the water without incurring a large after hours expense. This is the same reason the plumber didn’t come out until the next day (though this was fine as the flooding stopped once the water in the downstairs bathroom was turned off). Two members of our group had significant allergy problems during our stay, but only when actually at the cabin leading us to believe that there may be mold under the bottom level flooring due to the previous issues with flooding, and made worse with dampening by this incident. We felt compelled to take photos of the cabin at the time of the flood and also upon check out in case any future claims of damage are made.

A couple of roaches, tons of lady bugs, parking lacked a lot to be desired and lack of adequate trash service

Clean and simple, with all the amenities needed. Hot tub was a wonderful perk and WiFi worked great.

The only negative is that the ice machine and water dispenser on the refrigerator didn’t work.

Property was updated, clean, safe and beautiful!

Beautiful cabin! Super clean and comfortable. Easy access to Smoky Mountains, Elvira’s restaurant, and other fun things to do.

No complaints, but wish we had a few indoor floor rugs/mats to catch the water after using the hot tub. After a day of hiking, the hot tub was amazing.
