Cleanliness and good maintenance

Washroom was just outside the room in the balcony.

The owner mr. Amlan is very friendly and takes care of your needs. His assistant Shivan is very proactive and helpful. The property is centrally located. Places like Ujjayanta palace, Jagannath bari temple, lakshmi narayan bari, main market is within the range of 500meteres

There is nothing wrong i found with this property and its management

We had a wonderful experience with Mr Amlan as well as his staffs. We enjoyed our stay in a very good atmosphere. Room was clean and other facilities are very good. If we plan to visit again to Agartala, definitely we will stay there. Thank you for your lovely behaviour and cooperation.

The location of this property is close to the Ujjayanta Palace, only a few minutes walking distance. Also we have found lot of eateries surroundings of the Palace. The room was quite big and enough for a family of 3 to occupy. The bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi connection is good. Special thanks goes to the staff who always provided the water bottle (as per the policy) in the room in morning along with the tea/coffee sachets. Also helped us to connect with the driver in a comparatively negotiated price with whom we traveled and visited Neermahal and few other places which is far from this property. The main gate will be closed in proper time at night which is perfect.

Nothing as such in specific which I find can be improved or there is a deficiency in the property. Most of the time we spent outside as we traveled places around. The hospitality of the owner is appreciable. The owner lives on the ground floor of this property.

very pleasant and helpful owner, and very nice staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and help with transport. It is a simple accomodation, so don't expect luxury, but what is on offer is very comfortable.

There is hot water, but it doesn't come out of the shower.
