Clean big house with fantastic garden. Fully furnished, and in strategic position to go to the best beaches and also to kos town. However the best thing is the host, Mrs Maria. She is so caring, polite, always available but gives you all the privacy and freedom you need from your holiday. She is amazing and willing to make you as comfortable as you can get, unpriceable!

Maria is super home owner who made a very sincere welcome and surprising welcome gifts (local white wine, tea, coffee, watermelon…) . Location is close enough to center and far enough from crowded center. We have rented a car and explored the different beaches. Number of bedrooms and living room is very convenient for a family of 4. Level of cleanliness perfect

Maria and her husband are very friendly and hospitable. When we arrived, a basket with local delicacies was waiting for us. Well equipped apartment and quiet location. If we needed anything, she was happy to help us

Our host was wonderful, really helpful and kind! Location is also good, main street is close by, so you can easily go to other parts of island.

Everything Super location All you need is in the house, you'll feel like at home. Maria is super nice and will help you whatever your needs are. The place is really cool for families.

Mrs. Iliana is an amazing host. I travel frequently and have stayed many hotels and apartments; but Iliana's House was very one of the best ones among them. It has everything that one can need. She and her husband are also very polite and hospitable persons. Thank you again for everything but more than all for your generous and heart-warming welcome gift basket and your sincer note on wine bottle..

Our stay at Illiana’s House was fantastic, made possible by the gracious and warm host Maria and her husband. The house is situated in a quiet town with beautiful scenery but also a selection of thriving local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Maria provided all the amenities to make our holiday brilliant, including gifts of local food and wine on entry and towels for the beach provided. She was always so kind and keen to chat and engage with us guests. Our questions were always answered and any requests accommodated. We cannot thank her enough for the hospitality, and we would highly recommend Illiana’s House for groups or families that wish to visit the beautiful island of Kos

We had a wonderful stay for a week in Iliana's House in Zipari/Kos and these are our impressions: Appartement: It's a wonderful appartement for Groups or Families. Modern, clean with everything you need to live there comfortably. Both of the Bedrooms are at the opposite sides and in the middle is the living area and the kitchen. With two air conditioners and a ceiling fan you will always have a nice cozy temperature in all of the rooms. There's is plenty of storage space, a bathtub and a washing machine in the bath, detergent will be there, too. The kitchen is really well equipped and clean. The Sandwich-Toaster was always in use, the big refrigerator came in really handy for 4 people and there are a lot of different utensils to cook. Another highlight was the coffee machine and the provided coffee capsules. We didn't use the TV, but the extandable couch is big and comfy. Outdoor: The living area of the host is in the front of the property and the appartement is in the back part. Between both buildings is a wonderful little garden with herbs and flowers and wine growing above the area. You will have your own little space with a small table to enjoy the life outside and even the possibility to barbecue. Host: I think we met the most wonderful host on the island: Maria! Her warmth and generosity made our trip special. She provided us with everything we needed: information, tipps, utensils and even food. When we arrived late on a Monday evening after a long and exhausting trip, she took her time to show us around, explain everything and answer our questions. She welcomed us with tons of fresh fruits in the refrigerator and a basket with wine and Greek specialties. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation, Maria! 💕 There is not really something we disliked. The outside part of the air conditioners are kind of noisy when you want to sleep with an open window, the night mode helped a bit.
