Great location, very clean. Had everything we needed. Good facilities.

Just a bit noisy, but was to be expected considering location.

Very central. Nice living space. Clean bathroom with good powerful shower. Spacious kitchen.

Central location means a lot of noise through the night from people, music and of course seagulls. Hard to sleep.

Perfect location, able to talk to owner when needed and were flexible with our needs. Will definitely be coming back

Perfect location for train station, beach and shopping

The location was brilliant and the place had plenty of space for 5 people. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The person in the living room didn't sleep very well due to street noise from the bars near by, but I think that's just the consequence of being in such a brilliant location. Also, worth noting this place would not be good for people with mobility restrictions.

Clean and tidy and a good spot close to the lanes and all of Brighton

The outside area was a bit surprising wasn't expecting a graffiti alleyway. Some essentials would be nice milk and water

Very nice place close to main street and station Very surprising when you enter and Very comfortable only thing was we could not find bedding for sofa bed. We did eventually but in the morning would be nice to be informed of where this is kept
