"terrible"

There was no kitchenware when we arrived (no knifes, one fork, no pot to cook etc.) but at lest they sent somenone to bring some things which was appreciated.

Shower drain was blocked, freezer was out of order. Property advertised for a bath on booking.com (one of the reason we rented it) but there was none. The cupboard was dirty as f (huge pile of greasy dust on top), balcony smelled like sewage. Nothing make sense in the flat, power plugs are in random places, no bedside lamps etc. had another bad experience with the previous flat we rented from Nilie, won't recommend anything that belong to them. I put 2 instead of one just because the bring us some kitchen tools.

Location, location, location!

The shower drain is clogged. There are very suspicious looking white stains all around the couch. The pillows are terrible!

NOTHING !!!!! Horrible,. nightmare !!!!!!!!!!

EVETYTHING !!!!! they changed the location of the apt WITHOUT NOTICE !!! when I called them they asign me to a totallu other area I told them I need that location, they reassignemnt me wticem finally they gave me a room with NO AC, NO WIFI, , small, doirty, despite the fact I told them I want to cancel but its was 5PM and they lied me it is quite a good apt with AC WIFI !!!

"Superb"

Big flat for 2, freshly renovated and new. Big terrace over view the park and city. They provide luggage storage at another location.

Only 1 toilet paper for 2 people 4.5 days.. is a bit little.

"Good location, Bad experience"

Location

Worst guest-relations experience I have ever had. They don't care about their clients and don't try to help at all. The apartment was not ready on time and they didn't think to let us know about it. They don't answer emails, phones, and WhatsApp chat. Also, the baby crib was broken, and they didn't agree to replace it for us, and didn't believe us that it was broken. Stay away from these awful owners.

The balcony was too small, and the picture was misleading. Didn't have enough toilet paper and coudnt shit.
