Apartment is new and modern looking. It is located in an old building in the city centre and has an elevator that takes you to the 8th floor. From there you van visit all of the landmarks by foot, and it is really close to where ever you want to go.

The apartment is new and still lacks some of the basic amenities. For example, in the bathroom, there are no towel hangers or clothes hooks, and there is no place to put your toothbrush. A water heater has some kind of timer that turns off by itself, so when you come back in the night you could be out of hot water. In the kitchen there is no small dish to heat water for tea or coffee, there is only a frying pan and a big pot for making soup. If they fix all these small drawbacks it could be a perfect apartment.
