Villa on Air

Very cute accommodation. Well decorated giving a homely feel to the place. The villa is only a 8 minute walk from the port and the plenty of eateries within 5 minute from the property. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Water filter machine providing very cold water. Great AC and an additional fan to use.

Issues with the water systems. The shower was boiling hot whether you put it on cool or hot, took 5 minutes trying to get the lever to a point where the water ran cooler. The shower head also only half worked, the same with the sink.

On a adoré notre séjour du début à la fin, tout a été simple et sans souci ! La location correspond parfaitement aux photos et descriptions. On s’y sent vraiment bien, tout était parfait ! Un grand merci !

Our host Jensen was responsive and able to help us with any requests we had. Bathroom and toilet were very clean. Pool was excellent and very clean. Comfy bed and lovely bedroom. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen which was handy. Good location a short walk from the main part of town. Excellent value for money.

Few mosquitoes in the bedroom let in through a crack in the door even when door fully closed. Water temperature in shower not limited so showers can get scalding hot if not careful. Reception was not open during our stay however this was because it was being renovated, and our host took care of us with any requests we had for the stay.

Location is good - close to harbour, close to the beach. Place is ok

The way it built it's like a glass house, very hot in daytime, 1 AC not able to cool down the place in day time.

Villa was lovely. Large and comfortable- the poll was amazing and was clean and the staff filled it up every day. Lovely staff.

Whilst it can’t be helped- the villa is about a 3 minute walk to the mosque so the call to prayer is VERY loud. Every morning I was woken up at 4:30am while to call to prayer went for half an hour sometimes an hour. Earplugs didn’t stop the loudness. It’s not the fault of the property though. But I think I would choose a different location next time just because of this.

The staff are SO friendly and nice. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. The room is beautiful. The private pool is lovely. It looks like it does in the photos of the property. The location is convenient- it's a walk to restaurants/ shops/ minimart/ beach. Having said that- the whole island is small and therefore accessible by foot, if needed. Very cool island vibe here and it's safe + friendly. I am a solo female traveller and never felt uncomfortable. If I come back to Gili Air I shall stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the private pool was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they organised scooters for us and gave us great recommendations for places to eat.

Mosquitos I forgot my shirt when I came back on the afternoon The staff was washing it with their stuff. When I ask some explication he said it was dirty. He put it on the plastic bag and He gave it to me again wet and full of soap
