"Appartamento spartano, ma molto vicino al mare"

Posizione vicino al mare. Problemi con impianto idrico e intervento manutentore rapidissimo (30 minuti max).

Appartamento molto umido con lieve odore di muffa nonostante inbiancatura fresca. Mancanza asciugapiatti, tappetino doccia, posate insufficienti. Letto con materasso a molle rumoroso. Bagni ciechi e in uno mancava la ventola di estrazione.
