Ambiente molto pulito, ad una buona posizione di molto vicino alle cose, poi molto tranquillo dotato da tutto cheti può servire!! Ambiente molto accogliente.

"Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare valpolicella a 400 metri dalla villa romana di negrar ."

Posizione ottima , parcheggio facile , supermercato di fronte al cancello condominiale , cucina ben attrezzata . Letto nuovo ( le foto sono da aggiornare, ora è molto meglio).

Nulla. Eventualmente io aggiungerei all’esterno uno di quei set di bidoncini per fare la raccolta differenziata ( quelli con i coperchi colorati ). nel comune di Negrar viene infatti fatta la raccolta porta a porta e si deve buttare la spazzatura nei giorni indicati ( in cucina c’è il calendario a disposizione) .
