"Lack of communication and poor staff"

Going home.

The lack of poor communication, rude staff , uncomfortable bed, lack of cooking utensils The way the woman spoke to me at the desk when asking for so much ID, I have never been asked for ID for anything I’ve booked , the lack of communication regarding a £100 deposit fee that is not stated on the site and I suggest you update to avoid further disappointment from guest! I was lucky enough to be given mine back as on some reviews not many have received theirs back. Overall would not stay again. Felt uneasy to be there and afraid to touch anything in case of false allegations and not receiving my deposit back , such a shame as I had high expectations and they were not met.

This property was amazing was not expecting the big layout. The whole place was very clean with all the stuff needed, even a washing machine what a bonus. Reception staff was so polite and catered to my needs. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to people.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a £100 deposit upfront on arrival which wasn't mentioned when I did the original booking online, which can only be refunded after 48 hours after your stay. This should have been made clear on the website when booking as this can be misleading to customers.
