OYO Hotel Sumter SC Downtown

It was nasty af,the microwave was dirty,the tub,the bed sheets,it was roaches ppl outside doing drugs I wouldn’t let my dog stay in that motel I immediately left as soon as I open the door and looked around and got my refund 🤮🤮🤢🤢

There wasn’t much to like about it I immediately wanted a refund but I knew it wasn’t possible

The staff was amazing, professional, polite and extremely helpful.

The room I was in was disgusting. Mold everywhere, roaches, moldy food in the refrigerator, blood stains on the curtains, dirt on the sink. The shower looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. I wish I didn’t rush out so I could of taken pictures. But the best thing was the bullet holes in the window covered with tape.

Very loud beating and banging. Music loud and people partying all night screaming

The customer service started off ok

After money was paid. All the changes came to play that was told before hand. Especially the non working TV. Non working microwave ,holes in bathroom walls. The man was very agrumentive.
