"my identity got stolen ! I paid my money for this room just to wake up to my belongings GONE"

I didn’t like the fact I already booked the room an it was given to someone else afterwards they came back to my room twice without me knowing! An clearly didn’t return the key card when they realized it was someone else’s room to come back an steal my wallet …
