Electricity goes on and off the they also promised breakfast but when I arrive they said they don't serve breakfast

Only the electric blankets were a positive

Plug tripped and reported it but fridge and microwave did not work - all the fresh produce in the fridge went off - financial loss. No washing up facility in kitchenette - using bathroom basin would be totally unhygienic. No remote controlled gate - had to get out of vehicle and manually lock and unlock a very poorly aligned gate. I want to submit a customer complaint because basically I felt that my money had been "stolen" and one had to make payment before the time with no refund - could not get my money back. I am very angry and dissatisfied.
