Beautiful views, no neighbours. Warm towels in bathroom.

The stairs were too narrow to safely carry suitcases up, so they had to stay on the ground level. The hot water in shower ran out after 10mins despite being the only people on the property. There is NO space on benches for cooking and preparing food and no dish towel or cleaning products other than dish soap in the kitchen. An extension cord runs behind sink, very unsafe when washing dishes. The decor was very outdated and old. The wifi was shockingly bad, limited phone signal, perhaps because our apartment was so far from the office? When the sun did come out we went to use the outdoor furniture but it was not clean. There was curtains on 3/5 of the windows and were not black out curtains so were woken by the sun and had no privacy. I requested a cot for 5month old baby, nothing was provided in the room. The washing machine does not work!! We only book places that have a washing machine due to travelling with an infant, not good at all. Also THE most rock solid mattress on the bed that we've ever slept on. It also smelled stale like old smoke or a charity shop - you know the smell.

We loved the area. It was very quiet and there where even rabbits and deers in the area. It was a delight to see them in the mornig.

We liked our experience but I think certain things may be improved. We weren't provided with toilet essentials. For a week of staying, the room wasn't cleaned once and nobody came to bring us a toilet paper, just for example. We had reserved another room, but when we got there we had a surprise that we received `an update`. I didn't appreciate that because I know what I booked and what I wanted to receive. Anyway, I haven't address my complain, but if you want to make sure you will reveive the room you booked you should ask beforehand. The check-in was very difficult to make. Until the last day, I haven't received a message from them even though I gave them a couple of messages on whatsapp and on booking. When somebody finally answered, the check-in was unavailable - it wasn't very smooth to say at least. We enjoyed our stay but they could improve. It's a shame because the area is so beautiful. P.S. We stayed for a week in February and for more than half of the week we were alone in the propriety. Some might find it a little scary. It was ok, but due to the fact that the gates were always open, I was a little scared.

We loved the location. It was so central to a number of Tuscan towns. The grounds of this place was beautiful. The rolling hills with pool and pine trees. Very photogenic. The kitchen was good. The TV worked. The washing machine worked. Good hot water.

The wifi was very slow. The double bed was rock hard.

Great location, friendly owners and property managers. The view was breathtaking. The kids would play downstairs safely. We were an hour away from big cities like Florence and Pisa making it ideal for daily trips. The village itself was beautiful and the house was 2 mins from a supermarket. There were also deers near the property!

The place was great, the below are details: The main bedroom smelled a bit like food from the moment we entered — it could be maybe communicating with another area of the whole house, or it could be coming from the air conditioning system. We’ve missed having a washing machine (maybe there was a communal one and we missed it?) and an oven would be a great addition.

Unfortunately, during my time there, the internet was not functioning properly, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the ground floor room I stayed in was quite cold, and it seemed difficult to regulate the temperature. I would appreciate it if you could look into these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Beautiful property, the apartment a bit dark but nice. The “manager” very helpful and responsive.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and ended up in a one bedroom apartment. They did not inform us about that and tried to make an excuse about a leak due to bad weather. They offered a discount but after out complaint they let us cancel our stay and refunded our payment.
