ロケーションも食事もお風呂もスタッフも良かった。特に夜のお風呂の方が良かった。遊歩道も近いから散歩がお手軽！

直前に予約したからなのか部屋が汚かった。ベットもボロボロだしバスルームは黒カビなのか、汚れなのか…使わないからいいけど…

皆さんにこやかで一生懸命でした。

2番目に入って料理を持って窓際の席に座ったら、後から来た方に札を返して場所取りしていたと言われ残念な思いでした。朝食は自由席と言われて入り料理を取ってから席に行ったのですが先に席を取らなければならないとは…残念でした…。朝食の場所取りのルールも決めて欲しいです。

Fijne onsen met buitenbaden en mooie locatie aan het meer. Het vuurwerk was top!!

We hadden een Japanse kamer. Wat krap voor vier maar dat wisten we en het was maar voor 1 nachtje. De futons waren op zich prima maar de kussens zijn echt niet fijn. Ook hadden we last van de geur in de kamer, misschien de tatami of het hout? Al met al een iets verouderd hotel , te zien aan het sanitair dat wel een update kan gebruiken. Het eten was ok maar niet geweldig,

ゲーム時のスタッフの元気な対応がよかった。

部屋の便座が冷たいので、聞いたら設備に保温機能がないとのこと！寒い日だったので、対応してないことにとてもビックリした！花火の際、ロビーのドアを開けられなかったので、十分楽しめなかった。更に、外のカラフルな電光を消せばいいのにと思いました。
