The toilet didn't flush properly and kept running until I jiggled the knob to make it stop. The balcony was nice, but it wasn't pleasant to sit out there since you could see the other run down apartments. There was a coffee machine that had spilled coffee all over the tray, which was not cleaned for 24 hours. The rules and regulations were written in an unfriendly manner and, although the room was white-decorated, the whole place felt gloomy.
