Haven at Hazel Downtown Loft

The Loft was so cozy and we loved the design. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable. We enjoyed the walks around the square and park and sitting outside. The best part was meeting the cockatoo and the macaw we’d spied in the window next door. Archie is a character 😅 The water heater was out after a storm and power outage, but it was addressed quickly! It’s a nice base to explore Helen without staying there or great for a weekend getaway. Clarkesville is great for a nice dinner and Helen is very entertaining for someone from the Alps 😅

The bathroom was quite small. The space with the open bedroom worked great for us, but may not work for everyone. We were thinking of taking the kids and for a short trip that would probably work fine, but we’d want something more private for a longer stay.

I liked the space and the design. Parking was very easy. The property was clean and quiet with thoughtful amenities. We had a selection of coffee pods with a large Keurig coffee machine, plenty of towels and make up remover toiletries in the bathroom.

I traveled with my spouse and a coworker. I booked a two bedroom unit, but whereas one of the bed rooms was a real bed room with a door - but no sealing - the other "room" was an open space to the kitchen area. This was the only access to the bathroom, so my coworker had to go to the bathroom through the space where my spouse and I were sleeping. There was no privacy, and this surprised me. Had I known it, I wouldn't have booked. This setting is fine for families but not for coworkers.

Everything about this place is amazing. I came with son and grandaughters for Christmas and we loved it.

Very cute and convenient location for our needs. Extremely clean as well.

We loved the apartment, it felt very homey.

The beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable, however they may be fine for people without back problems.

It was a great location, everyone enjoyed their stay.

Matt and Michelle were great hosts and answerd any questions I had. Additionally, the stay was cozy, clean and included any amenities needed!
