我們這次的住宿經驗非常失望。 我們三人入住，拿到兩把鑰匙——我拿一把，另外一對情侶拿另一把。退房時，我是最後一個離開的，並親自把我的鑰匙交給櫃檯人員。她當時可以提醒我們應該交還兩把鑰匙，但她什麼都沒說。 四小時後，房東打電話來說少了一把鑰匙。我們非常擔心，決定自己開車回去確認。一到現場，房東叫我們穿回早上穿過的拖鞋，但那些拖鞋是放在一個與其他住客混放的籃子裡，髒又不衛生，令人不舒服。 我在一樓卸下行李，朋友衝上樓，立刻就在榻榻米上找到那把遺失的鑰匙。 房東竟然笑著說：「我們派了三個人找，都找不到。」這樣的態度讓人覺得很不負責任，也不專業。 在我們抵達前，房東還打了三次電話，要求我們提供精確到分鐘的抵達時間。後來我們才發現房東就住在二樓，這種緊迫的催促其實根本沒必要。 住宿期間還有以下幾個問題： 我們的房間緊鄰客廳 如果有人看電視或聊天，聲音很吵。 廚房雖然很大，但完全沒有鍋碗瓢盆等基本炊具。 飲水機只在一樓，但那層樓沒有廁所，使用上非常不方便。 沒有電梯，搬運行李上下樓非常吃力。 我們不會推薦這間住宿。房東缺乏同理心，只在乎自己的方便。我們會提醒所有朋友不要入住這裡。 We had a very disappointing experience staying here. There were three of us, and we were given two keys—one kept by me and one by the couple I was travelling with. When we checked out, I was the last to leave and personally returned my key to the receptionist. She could have reminded me that there should be two sets of keys, but she said nothing. Four hours later, the host called saying one key was missing. We were worried and decided to drive back to check for ourselves. Upon arrival, the host told us to put on the dirty slippers we had worn in the morning—but they were in a shared basket, mixed with other people’s used slippers. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable. I unpacked our luggage on the ground floor while my friend rushed upstairs—and immediately found the missing key still lying on the tatami floor. The host laughed and said, “We had three people searching and still couldn’t find it.” This came across as careless and unprofessional. Even before we arrived, the host called three times asking for our exact arrival time, down to the minute. We later found out they lived just on the second floor, so all the urgency seemed unnecessary. Other issues during our stay: Our room was directly beside the living room, which became noisy when others watched TV or socialised. The kitchen is large but has no cookware or utensils provided. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor, where there’s no toilet access. No lift in the building—something to consider

Quiet, modern and clean dorm. I have never slept that well in a bed. The receptionist is kind and helpful (walked me to the bus station carrying one of my bags 🥹) and the hostel is conveniently located when it comes to taking the ferry to Xiao Liuqiu island!

Nothing to say

This hostel looks very new. It is clean, quiet and secure, with a comfy lounge downstairs. Free coffee and a few snacks. You need to leave your shoes downstairs in the designated box. The large shared bathroom is very clean, and mixed for men and women. The beds in the dorm are large, with hooks and powerpoints. There are designated lockers, and you need to bring your own padlock. The location is walking distance from the main bus station and about 20min walk from the wharf to take the boat to little Liuqiu island. The night market on Saturdays is at the doorstep.

The reception is open between 12.00 and 19.00. You can't arrive in the morning and drop your luggage. A few more ustensils in the little kitchenette would be great, such as plates, chopsticks, knives and glasses. Overall the hostel seems a bit aseptic.
