Very nice, clean, good shower, good size of the room, nice garden around. Breakfast provided (some ready stuff from a supermarket, but not bad at all). Room looks exactly as at the photos.

The accommodation was great. The room was very big. It looked like a studio flat. Very quiet, perfect to have a relaxed sleeping. Staff were very gentle. The owner also run a restaurant, just next to the property. Food is amazing, especially fish.

I liked everything.

The room was quite spacious.

The breakfast was just a bunch of packaged croissants, butter, and jam placed in the same room, unlike the proper breakfast we had experienced in other places in Italy. The staff didn't speak English which delayed our check-in process.

A couple of hundred meters from the city, but in the countryside, a few km from the beaches, the private parking, the apartment very clean and well equipped, the terrace, the heating system and air condition, the staff very helpful, the restaurant - pizzeria next door, with typical, tasty Maremman dishes and for cyclists - a bike path both to the city center and Marina. A very nice stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and cozy. Just ten minutes to the Grosseto downtown and historic center and ten minutes to the beaches, that can also be reached even by bike thanks to a safe bike path. A very good restaurant and pizzeria Is close to the apartments
