Lovely spacious apartment with MCM design furnishing. High ceilings, minimalist and clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent value!

I like the location that is close to a lot of great restaurants and the filtered water machine.

Bathroom was dirty and old. No shampoo was provided.

Location is at city center. walking distance to famous food.

Booking: There is a RM 100 cleaning fees which is not displayed upon payment, i only get to know when i got the charge on my credit card and further check, please take note the price shown is not final as need to add RM100 + 8% tax. Host: i have messaged in booking.com but was no response, until i need to follow up to check on my booking 1 day before checking in. On my check in day, i receive a whatsapp message at 4.00am asking me for RM 300 deposit. If they wanted a deposit, why they can't ask earlier? I did ask the host about facilities nearby (EV Charger) but he/she does not know. Room condition: It is quite old unit. The both bathroom toilets with unpleasant smell. The hose in the master bedroom was broken, even i contacted host, no reply on this. The holder for the faucet is broken hence the hose is on the floor. The bedding is Room 1: 1 queen bed, room 2: 1 bunk bed +1 queen which is different from what was stated and second room is quite cramp. Fan Remote control is faulty hence not able to adjust the fan speed.
