Location was quite cooling, and there was a good view of Taiping from the balcony of the unit.

The unit's level of maintenance leaves much to be desired. It was advertised that there was Netflix in the unit, however the tv couldn't even be controlled properly as there wasn't the correct remote for it, and the Netflix definitely did not work. Bathroom fittings were damaged, in both toilets the bidet bracket was broken, and the master bedroom's water valve head was also detached from the faucet. Upon checkin, one of the security door tokens was not operational. Good thing was that the host was able to despatch a runner to replace the token and check in with the tv condition. They were gracious enough to refund us some portion of our booking fee because of the netflix issue. However, it would have been better to have everything in good working order when we check in to the unit. Unit cleanliness is also an issue. We had to wipe down some of the surfaces as it was dusty or sticky. Cleaners were not thorough with their work, as I found 2 UNO cards hiding behind furniture when I was looking for the correct remotes for the tv.

The house was clean and guests are provided with games and other necessities. Lovely house!

The location is a bit secluded and to access the lobby from the parking (visitors) is quite troubling and scary. But, once you get into the house, the vibe completely changed.
