The host or owner of the location was really arrogant. On the night of checking in i informed him that the TV remote was faulty and that it wasn't the batteries that was the problem. My Fiancé and I had to press the remote so hard in order for it to work. When I informed the Host he's response was and i quote "Use your common sense to buy batteries for the remote" I don't pay for treatment like this. It is not common sense because I ended up having to walk downstairs to go buy batteries which they ended up giving for free because of the way i was arguing with them. I had to pick up the keys from a local spaza shop around the corner from the location as well. And a very unpleasant experience we could not watch what we wanted to because of a faulty TV remote. It was not the batteries that was the problem. The new batteries never helped the situation. and to get spoken to like that was honestly very frustrating and unprofessional because the place was paid for already. A terrible experience and honestly wish i didn't pay for a place like that. I wish i got a refund for the ill treatment this place should not be listed on booking.com I feel.

The location was great and the host accommodated our special request. Check-in was very easy. The place was clean, comfortable and as per description.

Everything was ready on arrival, and the host was very friendly, also the person that handed over the keys were friendly.
