Rooms were neat and clean. Complete facilities - towels, shower cream etc.

Nothing much since everything is accomodative. Perhaps to consider chaning a/c unif in living hall. Although it is still cool, the compressor produce dated sounds.

The service provided to customers is excellent and fast. The location of the homestay is easy to find. The homestay is in a clean condition and offers WiFi facilities. The key highlights of this homestay are the welcome treats, Coway water filter, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and a dining table.

Perhaps the management could provide softer and more comfortable pillows, as well as clean and sufficient towels for each room (I have informed them, and they have acknowledged this feedback).

"Super comfortable and nice House."

Went to check in for 4 adults. The check in process was smooth. The host send us the guide to check in and it was easy. The house was clean & most furnitures are new. Super comfortable. The house also provide us with coway ( save money for drinks) & a smart tv. We able to watch a nice movie at night. The night view was beutiful too. Location also not bad. 10 mins to UITM puncak alam, got a lot of restaurants & bank as well.
