Casitas Stay and Surf

good location, near by the beach and next to two restaurants and walking distance to others, breakfast is included and it is good, staff is very friendly

Toilets gets flooded, a bit uncomfortable and not clean, somehow photos are better than reality 😅, it could use some love for sure

Hate to write this review but it needs to be said, hopefully hotel will stop using manipulative practices to put guest in different hotel. Hotel did not honor my room reservation. When I arrived was taken to hotel next door, Emeril Inn. I had booked at Casitas due to its nice ambiance of the bamboo, however did not get to experience that, was given a standard run down, previously water damaged concrete box room with ants, next doors instead. Breakfast at Casitas was good, coffee and longanisa silog in a bowl. A plus, location is just a short walking distance to beach, two restaurants located at location. Internet at Casitas was intermittent. If I had actually been able to stay at Casitas I’m sure it would be a good experience and well worth the price.

Did not have my reserved room upon arriving, was placed in hotel next door that clearly had previous water damage. Seems hotel intentionally does not provide actual hotel room pictures when selecting rooms so they can trick people into booking at Casitas a beautiful bamboo, chill ambiance and then if full place guest in Emeril Inn next door. Emeril Inn clearly had some previous water damage, had to switch from first room to another due only to my complaint of the steady stream of ants running next to the bed headboard. Emeril Inn did have good aircon, hot water and a comfortable mattress. staff was apologetic for the inconvenience, however upon having conversation with manager it did seem clear that the management intentionally doesn’t provide pictures for each room booking so they can continue with this wrongful practice of placing guest in the less desirable hotel. Saying sorry when you intentionally miss lead is not being sorry at all or showing any concern or respect of your paying guests satisfaction. Post pictures of each room a guest books next to each room selection and make sure you prepare/ ensure cleanliness for the correct amount of rooms based on your reservations daily. Honor you room reservation based on Casitas room availability, not the neighboring hotel. I’m sure Casitas is a great place to stay especially for the ambience, breakfast, convenience and super budget friendly price. Pls take my words to heart, honestly represent what the customer is reserving and I’m sure nothing but greatness for Casitas.

People were nice an respectul, location was great

We booked for 2 night since we were arriving early in the morning and didnt want to eait for 12nn check in. A room wasnt ready fir us when we arrived so we booked an extra night for nothing as they let us in out room at 12nn still. Breakfast was served for both of our booked dates but on the first day, it took 1.5hrs for our food to be served turnes out the kitchen was not informed of our order. Rooms are small, good for 1 to 2 of youre small. The toilets are a bit cramped as the door swings and hits the sink. Wouldve been ok if there were sliding doors instead. Sheets were stained. Still had a good stay desite it all, great location and cute place for the price.
