Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja, a do morza i bulwaru dosłownie 4 min na piechotę. Do plaży ok 12 min piechotą. Lokalizacja super i ważne - mieszkanko z dala od głównej ulicy, przechodzi się przez niewielki korytarz i wychodzi niejako na podwórze. Co super bo kawałek przed mieszkaniem miejsca na wystawienie stolika i krzesełka. Klimatyzacja i kawiarka super.

Ogólnie - brak uwag.

Czyste, wygodne, bezpieczne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone. Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko plaża, promenada, starówka, market, piekarnia, pizzerie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który wykazuje duże zainteresowanie swoimi gośćmi. Polecamy w 100%. Chętnie wrócimy.

Eine saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in Bari. Mit einem Kilometer zum Strand und einem Kilometer zur Innenstadt liegt sie zudem sehr praktisch und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns einen Flughafentransfer zum Flughafen angeboten. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Er hat sehr schnell geantwortet.

Perfektní lokalita, blízko na pláž, blízko do centra a hlavně jen pár kroků do skvělé kavárny Bar Viola. Doporučuji zajít na snídani. Pohodlná postel, ubytování má vše co na svůj pobyt potřebujeme. Ocenili jsme i slunečník na pláž 🏝️ 🤌🏼 Komunikace s majitelem skvělá. Oceňuji bezkontaktní vyzvednutí klíčů.

a szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, segítőkész. Nagyon jó helyen van. Gyalogosan elérhető a központ, tudtunk parkolni a közelben. A környéken sok étterem, kávézó, bolt.

Dear Bookings If you search reviews for this property, you will find that guests who have given poor reviews have been subsequently disparaged by the Owner. Before we arrived at the property, the Owner contacted us via WhatsApp and the text conversation became inappropriate. We were informed if we had dealt direct with the Owner, we could have received a cheaper price. The property was not described as being 1 of 4 granny flats at the rear of an apartment block. The linen was dirty. We attempted to use the washing machine to clean the linen and discovered that the washing machine did not work. The bathroom does not function adequately, the shower leaks onto the floor and given its width and slippery tiles, it is potentially dangerous, there was a mould smell. The Owner has tried to decorate and this aspect is pleasant. The wardrobe fell apart as it is a form of IKEA furniture, and the dowels were not secured. We felt that building security was over-engineered and our privacy compromised. The location is good, bus & train services are close, shops are nearby, the sea is a short distance to the end of the street and the noise level was low. We felt safe in a good neighbourhood.
