Communication with the owner is highly professional and correct.

The description of the accommodation is not precise. This is a studio (not an apartment), which is suitable only as a last resort (for one night - to sleep). It is located on the fifth floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Public parking exists, but it is neither for free nor is there any guarantee that you will find a parking space.
