Okay but not upto standard, only cleaning staffs and some maintenance staff was good other than that the staffs are not good at all

its a very nice place
nothing that kind be liked. it had everything we needed for our pilgrimage. it was obviously bit far from haram but it was low priced.

I booked a 5 bed room. The room was very spacious and the services were good. I asked for replacing a few things and they did that quickly. Got Free parking in the basement.
Bus service is not 24/7. It's only during prayer times and timings are fixed and I think they leave you very far from Haram. It's better to take a taxi while going to Haram and while returning, there are private buses from Ajyad gate for ~5 SAR per person towards Aziziyiah Shamiliya which leaves you near this hotel.
