Breakfast exceptional, Owners were friendly it was my second home

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They went an extra mile and gave our twins something to cheer them on their birthday 🎂. At no additional cost

The scenery and pool was amazing

Firstly the host couple that watches your every move. Secondly we braaid cause there’s braai facility and after that a storm swept through and we needed to warm our food and were told it’s not self catering and we can’t use the microwave as it’s a bnb, no where did it state on booking.com it’s a bnb. Secondly we thought we could sit and watch soccer in the dining/lounge seeing that the soccer isn’t offered in the bedrooms tv. We were told that’s not allowed we need to go back to our rooms. We stayed for more then one day and our rooms wasn’t cleaned and we had to use the same filth towels provided. There also wasn’t water, they as hosts didn’t even make plan for water in the toilet. Whew worst experience in our lives and never felt treated so badly by hosts, also same breakfast provided over 2 days when we were there.

I liked the swimming pool becasue I was the only one using it.

The location is on a very steep hill with many long steps. Not convenient for walking. Its next to an abandoned forest. No great view. Its an old buliding. The breakfast was the same on both days, late on the second day. The host has too may rules, restrictions and is always present watching what a person does. Lied about the dining area being booked so I would not sit there The bathroom has no door. The host told me "Im not allowed" to use the bathroom outide the room. On check out day before even 5 minutes past 10am they knocked on the room door telling me to leave. Very unwelcoming and unpleasant.

The two owners, Keith and Chantell were very friendly and accommodating.

There were no coffe cups in the room so could not have coffee in the room.

The welcome from the owners was great till Sat night.

Breakfast was just ordinary(no options)& cold, on Sunday we didnt eat due to the mistreatment and the owner didn't care since they couldn't wait for us to check out...Housekeeping was not done on Sat😠, the welcoming was great but the next day we got treated like young kids and accused of "noise" then Sunday morning just after 06:00am the noise of ppl banging doors , the radio on its highest volume for about 30min or more . Im very disappointed considering the warm welcome we received
