USThe location was exellent for being in the mixdle of so many things to do. The room had all the amenities needed for comfort and safety. The beach was right out of our balcony door and it had a gorgous view!!

The shower didn’t work properly! The property is pretty run down… elevators down/ dirty carpet needs paint touch up here and there etc… the inside was better but still had its eye sores as well like badly patched wholes burners on stove was black etc

I will begin with the icing on the cake issues, 1. Immediately upon entry broken sconce , with glass laying next to it... Light didn't work... Maintenance replaced sconce and bulb quickly, then the switch to operate the light didn't work, we had to unscrew bulb.. 2. No one was available at 6:15 to check us in, had to call security..which was fine but they couldn't provide key for access to building..had to wait until 10am for key..doors were locked and unlocked at random times despite signage. 3. Stains on sheets and mattress cover... Most alarming mattress cover has mold stains on it.. 4. Amenities listed such as a hair dyer were not available...among others... 5. Hotel and area of "newly renovated rooms" have barely been touched... The place is in shambles .. elevators out of order, steps unaccessible due to caution tape.. 2 largest complaints .. 1. We killed cockroaches in our room.. upon arriving at home we emptied our luggage outside to ensure none follow us home and 1 was in our bags. 2. The whole reason I chose to book this property was the amenities of the private indoor pool and hot tub.. both of which have been closed down by DHEC.. Dept of health in the state of SC... They have been closed for months.. This should have been noted in the listing due to the fact that it has been an ongoing issue.. I have photos of the disarray of the property and issues with in room.. I will refrain from public review until I hear back from you in this extremely unsatisfactory booking...
