"Perfect location for a 10 year anniversary :)"

Silvia lives just next door so it was easy to collect the keys. The apartment was stylishly designed and spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooking the valley was a bonus. San Miniato is a beautiful town and a perfect base for exploring the area. There was a festival on during our stay so in the evenings the town was vibrant and friendly. We visited Pisa and San Giminagno over a long weekend. One of the best holiday rentals I've stayed in.

Everything was amazing but to make things even better...parking to drop off the suitcase was slightly stressful but there was ample parking nearby once this was done. Maybe some comfortable seating somewhere in the apartment.

"Beautiful view, amazing town, lovely owners, perfect stay"

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully renovated—stylish, super clean, and really comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos but even better. The bed was great, and cozy with soft sheets. Theres fluffy towels and they give you enough. They had water, tea, coffee, oil, breakfast snacks, and cleaning products ready for us, which really makes the difference especially when you’re there short time. The view is absolutely incredible—you could just sit and stare at it all day. Plus, the location is perfect. It’s only a couple of minutes’ walk to restaurants, shops, and the center of town, which is lively, charming, and definitely worth exploring. The owners were so kind and responsive—really lovely people and very accommodating. Everything about this stay felt easy and thoughtful. We’d love to come back next time and stay longer and would highly recommend it to anyone.

"Amazing Hideaway in the rolling hills of rural Tuscany"

Fantastic hideaway overlooking the rolling hills of rural Tuscany. I‘ve set the alarm to witness the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment is brand new and really beautifully designed. I had a very warm welcome from the host.
