Beach Road Ocean View

Good view and location. The flat is nice and big with lots of cupboard space. It was clean and has what you need to be comfortable. There is a safe in the cupboard which is nice.

The parking is a nightmare. We drove around for an hour and a half trying to park. There is no on site parking. There was one towel per person for 3 days and no tumble dryer. I had to buy towels and blankets. No extra blankets. It would be nice if it was serviced daily.

The fact that it's fully equipped ans central. We had a wonderful stay, the beach is close, close to shops and restaurants. It was just a beautiful stay. Warm and comfortable accomodation.

Everything was on point.

The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently close to local shops and restaurants, including Waterfront. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The host was outstanding, communicative, friendly, and very prompt in responding to any questions or requests.

The fact that when you on a holiday, you don't like to be having to clean. When you have kids it's impossible for the place to stay clean. In order to keep it in a good condition one has to clean up every day but then it isn't a holiday. It would be great if a cleaner comes in say atleast every second day. Also please make sure there is extra bedding and a dryer. We struggled to dry our washing due to the weather

Dated building and elevator Noisy atrium in the center of the building and endless warnings to be quiet with threats to be evicted without a refund (from the security guard) if it "happens again" Only one set of keys so I locked the kids (all in their 20s) out by mistake one night and could not hear them knocking and they had to get another hotel. Bird knocked over a cheap lamp (R129.00/ $7.50) which they were going to charge me for despite paying crazy USD/ night, I had to prove I replaced it and had video of the bird in the room. They go through your trash to see what you break (lol)

We slept with the same bedding and sheets for the entire trip. They didn't give us clean bedding and sheets to change with.

Замечательная, просторная, светлая квартира. Мы жили там 6 дней, и казалось, что мы как дома. Было все необходимое и даже больше. Видно, что все было сделано с душой. Спасибо Вам большое! Вернулись бы, с удовольствием, в будущем к Вам!

The door is very secure which is a very good thing however the downside of it is that it is a bit hard to unlock. I hope this can be fixed
