Crown hills kandy

TV was not working

A fantastic stay to end our trip in Sri Lanka. Crown's Hills is a beautiful and very cozy small hotel up in the hills in Kandy. The room was big (we could practice yoga inside if we wanted!), super clean, luminous and had really nice decoration, it had a small balcony with a spectacular view over Kandy, and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was super good and the owner was also able to prepare lunch or dinner if we wanted :). Most of all what was great about Crown Hills was the people there: the owner and staff were super super nice and helpful. In fact, my friend extended his stay and got sick for a few days and the owner was very caring, preparing food and making sure he could recover well and feel comfortable. Thank you so much!!! Even if the place is not in the center of Kandy (about 15-20 min drive from the center) I definitely recommend this place for a peaceful stay to enjoy the wonderful city of Kandy and its surroundings.

Location.

We really recommend this place. It is not that easy to find, better take a taxi or tuk-tuk 🛺 The host welcomed us and also helped us with everything we needed during our 2 nights stay. There was water, tea and coffee in the room. The view was exceptional as you can see the city from the terrace. The bed is very comfortable, clean towels and clean place.

The property is nestled in the lush greenery at a perfect distance away from the hum drum of busy hill station of Kandy. I highly recommend this place for anyone, whether for a couple stay or a family. Ranjan the owner has the wonderful taste. The house is very tastefully done and offers ample privacy and beauty. Ganesan is very helpful and offers the best service to cater to all your demands. The rooms are gorgeous and large. Super clean fresh sheets make every room feel like home. I must must give a special mention to the breakfast. Please do have the yummy masala omlette made by the chef, simply delicious. The breakfast is generously served with a lot of love and care. The food offered by Crown hill is delicious, hygienic and super affordable. I am definitely going to visit again, not for the town of Kandy, only for Crown hill! Highly highly recommend it.

The room I stayed in had a nice view and it was a very nice and relaxing place. I really enjoyed my stay over in crown Hills kandy. The food was exceptional, and the English breakfast I ordered was superb. I had dinner as well and the food was really tasty. The staff was very warn and welcoming, and they provided a really good service. I hope to stay over in crown Hills kandy next year as well when i visit srilanka.
