"Very good"

Perfect setting for people who want to be close to the city centre but like a quieter place to chill afterwards. Local pubs and places to eat a very short walk away. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Manchester.

"Disappointing to find myself in an underground studio, but the space itself was well-organised."

A nicely decorated and equipped studio. Easy access, and well-placed for the Beech Road shops and eateries.

The description was misleading. Both properties at the location are listed together; one is a basement studio with no outside light and one a rooftop terrace flat. I am not the first person, by any means, to have thought I was booking the roof-top flat and to find myself in a basement. The studio is not 'light and airy'.

"was a lovely stay and the staff were amazing, don't fault the place apart from it being a little smaller than i imag"

I loved the fact it had a pub opposite and a fair few other pubs were in walking distance

did find the room a little small, and got very hot as there was no windows due to being underground.

Cozy, modern, great location for food/drinks and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The ceiling in the bathroom was short and very compact. No windows for fresh air but we did know this on booking.
