Central Authentic Old Town by Prince Palace Place

Ideal Location, steps away from Princes Palace, short walk to Port Hercules, Perfect for a couple attending any racing weekend in Monaco. Apartment was clean tidy, with fabulous windows that open to over look one of the most picturesque streets in Monacoville.

I will say the shower is abit on the small side and the steps up to it where abit uneven but the small shower is just general Monaco and the steps is a common area so no fault of host just to be of note for other people attending.

Logement parfaitement situé, proche du Palais et au calme, proche restaurants, bus etc. Logement fonctionnel et lumineux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'endroit et espérons avoir l'occasion de pouvoir y revenir une autre fois.

L'accès au logement au 3ème étage par l'escalier est un peu difficile (cela avait été annoncé) et l'accès au bâtiment peu sécurisé par une porte qui ne ferme pas trop bien (annoncé aussi). On aurait apprécié quelques produits de toilette de base dans la salle bains type gel douche/savon car cela est bien pratique lorsque l'on a voyagé "léger" en avion. Ce sont des détails car nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man in Monaco ist.

La posizione è eccezionale, assolutamente comoda per muoversi solo a piedi. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, anche la cucina è ben attrezzata. Lo riaffitterei senza dubbio, e lo consiglio caldamente. Noi siamo stati benissimo.

Come già segnalato da altri, le scale sono decisamente da rinnovare, non adatte a chi ha problemi di movimento, o a persone anziane. Per gli altri il disagio è accettabile, visto il beneficio della posizione. Dovendo proprio trovare un dettaglio un po' triste, limiterei gli armadi chiusi con un lucchetto a uno o due al massimo: è normale che il proprietario voglia conservare oggetti non accessibili agli inquilini, ma praticamente qui il rapporto si inverte, è tutto lucchettato tranne un paio di armadietti. Per un weekend è accettabile, ma per più giorni diventa un po' limitante, non poter riporre oggetti.
