Where do I start? What an absolute gem of a find. Everything was top level and if I could award 11 stars I would. Absolutely everything was perfect from the ease of booking right up to everything about the accommodation itself. My children and I travelled up to Middlesbrough to watch our beloved Portsmouth FC take on the Boro. Despite being super excited about the football I think the kids actually enjoyed the accommodation more despite a decent result. They loved setting the laptop up and watching a movie outside in the superb hot tub after a visit to the local beaches and arcades in Seaton. The beds were so comfortable. I stayed in the top bedroom with en Suite. All bathroom facilities were excellent. The house was completely spotless and very well maintained. Every room is spacious and generously furnished. I can't actually put into words how special this stay was. With Portsmouth visiting nearby Sunderland in January we would happily stay here again and travel to Sunderland for the game which the kids requested after we left. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question about the garden and they very kindly messaged that evening to ensure we had arrived safely and if there was anything else we needed. Super hosts!!!

Comfortable clean nicely decorated jacuzzi

Floors not well sound insulated and unfortunately we only had 3 towel s for 6 people but this may just have been and oversight

The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated throughout. Amazing attention to detail, providing everything you need for our stay. It felt like real luxury with the added bonus of a hot tub. The town centre and retail park were within easy access.

We could not fault anything with the house.
