Absolutely nothing

Smell, cleaning, accomodation, everyting was horrible. The conditions were terrible. The entire place smelled horribly. The appartment was not cleaned at all. There were bugs in the bath tub. And the worse part was that the entire place had no heating and we had to sleep with jackets to cope with the cold. There were cobwebs everywhere. I

Nothing.

Cockroaches, dirt everywhere, awful smell. We had to leave almost as soon as we arrived and we didn't even got a refund.

The property was nice. Having AC in the summer is a big plus. The location was prime and how to get there was easy.

Bewary if you're travelling with heavy baggage, the property is at the very top of the complex. So, be prepared to carry it all the way through.

Room not clean at the time of check up. Noisy and unpractical doors especially when the appartment is shared

The location is near the city center, next to a tram stop, which means that you can reach the main city attractions in 10-20 minutes. The apartment was spacious (there were 4 of us, it had plenty of space for each of us), had an AC so the heat wasn’t a problem.

Right away when we entered, found a cockroach, which was not pleasant, regarding other insects - there were also ants in the bath and spiders. Although it is cheap, the uncleanliness of it bothered us (hair, cobwebs, dust, containers of used products). Also, we were concerned about the safety of our belongings since the locks were not attached securely. Lastly, you have to reach the bathroom through the shared kitchen space which is not always comfortable.

Very uncomfortable stay. Total horror when we entered and no lights across the corridors. And terrifying when we had to climb up the 3rd floor on the European style stairs. It was like a treasure hunt at an abandoned old building for figuring out the keys and the locks. No proper washrooms or bath area. Extremely bad vibes.

There was a lot of space. Places to put clothes and a big table. Excellent location.

The first thing is the lack of security. There is a tiny padlock held on by 4 phillips screws which could be removed easily by anyone with a screwdriver. So our belongings didn’t seem safe. The bathroom was very dirty and stinky. It smelled of mold. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not very clean all around.
