Old Town Home Library

Very nice apartment. Had everything we needed. The host was great and accommodating! Relatively close to the metro stations, so easy access to other parts of the city. Close to many restaurants, which results in noisy evenings on the weekend, but we did not mind it. Old Town has lots of beautiful buildings and museums to visit, many in a walking distance from this place.

The cars are not allowed to drive on the street, close to the building entrance, which made it a bit difficult when using taxis.

The elevator is old

Location is really convenient to all the old town attractions. The apartment was well laid out, nice to leave us some bottled water and coffee beans in the machine. Great to have a kettle for tea drinkers. Lift is handy and works well although like many European buildings it is small. The balcony was nice to have and is also small.

Nothing major, the old town is a party hot spot so if you leave windows open at night you will hear cheerful party people singing or shouting late at night. There is aircon (we didn’t try it) so you could keep windows closed; it’s the compromise for a great location.

The apartment was beautiful and full of everything you need such as coffee machine, iron, etc. It looked renovated and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfy and we loved the little cute balcony.

The biggest drawback was the bars near you. They were playing music so loud that it was difficult to sleep and another one was the very old building with the lame elevator.

I stayed in this apartment in April and it was the worst experience of my life for what you pay. I slept the first evening on the bed which was evidently not clean and made of synthetic material. My body completely filled with burning and redness within 24 hours. (Which has never happened in my life). It's shameful that with the money spent on medicines and the fact that I took 3 Cortisone drips and many days of rest without sunbathing. This owner completely didn't care about what happened, thinking absolutely about profit and not about the customer. Disgusting! He ruined my holiday. The building is also old and will soon fall apart.

Located right in the center of the old town very near to lipscani street where all the restaurants are.

Location was Great and apartment has everything you need. The host is very nice and helpful and does everything he can to help.
