The spring like water in the pool was so relaxing. The entire Villa was so spacious.

Kitchen utensils were rusting as well as the barbecue griller. Most of the furniture were old and broken. The house had a weird smell too.

The place is clean and well kept. Amenities are great including a heated pool and jacuzzis in both bedrooms. Rooms are big and pool is situated in the center courtyard so you've got plenty of privacy. Attached outdoor shower areas are available in both rooms if you choose to use them. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and crockery if you choose to cook yourself, including a BBQ grill and grill tools. The host is responsive, reachable and helpful. She replied promptly and helped with most of our queries and needs. Definitely recommended.

You need to pay an additional fee for cleaning including utensils and cutlery that you've used. This is negotiated directly with the housekeeper and can be a bit ambiguous but reasonable nonetheless.

The property situates in the resort area so it benefits from scenery

Be aware of hidden costs, guests are seen as stream of revenue. Besides having access to the villa, guest has to pay 150k/entrance fee per person per day, these costs are charged regardless you use any of these services or not. The villa ran down, poorly managed and dirty. We have flies, cockroach, lizard in the bedroom. In the main bed room, the bed was broken and the owner is aware of it but still not fixing it until we complain. The sink in main bedroom is leaking, jacuzzi is broken and not been replaced.
