All ok
MYi love the bathroom connection between room 2 and room 3. Also got own parking if you have car. The house also near with others facilities such as restaurant, fastfood, conveniance store and ATM. You have no worries if youre hungry. Just going down and naaaaaa!!!

The room is for maximum of 7 person and 1. Only giving 1 free parking which have to collect at the room upon check in (paid parking for 2nd car). 2. Nil door access from the basement parking's door to the lift (have to use side stair and enter lobby GF) 3. Too many cockroaches (kitchen, bedrooms) and the smells 4. No air-conditioning at living room (roof fan provided but Sabah is hot country [not enough]) 5. Broken air-cond at room #3 (standing fan provided which is not enough). 6. Air-cold fan for room #1 & #2 are not steady (Consider hot) 7. Dirty and scary basement and many more! Overall not recommended! No more staying at Api-api apartment

Living room should have air-conditioning cause there's little bit hot.and try to fix that TV's channel😅
