The offer looked very tempting. But when I arrived, I found out the location was completely wrong. I knocked on the gate. A polite man opened it. It was clear that this was not the first time he had seen this situation. He took me to another hotel, and the owner called “my” host. The host arrived after half an hour. He took me to a place that had nothing to do with the photos in the offer, except for a dusty pool. Instead of the advertised price (three dollars per night), he asked for twenty dollars. When I protested, he offered me a shared room in another place for ten dollars. When I showed him the offer on Booking.com, he said that it was not the real hotel price, only a reservation price. I told him he was a scammer. He smiled in a stupid way and said that these were his rules. It was already late afternoon, so I decided to accept it. The new place had a big room downstairs, a kitchen and a bathroom, and it looked quite okay. But it was full of mosquitoes. There were thousands of them. My Moroccan roommate and I tried to kill them until late at night, but it was impossible. The host did not want to give me the Wi-Fi password. He typed it in himself. The internet almost did not work. The next day, after a sleepless night, when I returned the keys, he suggested that I give him a good review on Booking. The same day I met a French woman. He had cheated her in a similar way. For that stupid smile he deserved a punch in the face, but I let it go because I had an appointment at the Malian embassy.

Secure parking

First thing Fishy price on booking.com charged more than booking.com. no WiFi in the room and owner said come to my office fir WiFi lol. pool was dirty not usable. Lack of cleanliness

Excellent place to stay in, Abdellahi was very responsive and flexible. Having a secure and free parking spot is a rarity at such a great location downtown… already looking to book my next stay here!

10/10 stay! Absolutely gorgeous apartment with a massive kitchen, clean bathroom and pretty bedroom. Would definitely book again. Abdellahi is so lovely, helpful and accomodating. Thank you so much!
