Good amount of space & great location

It was very clean and the lady that met us was very friendly and helpful! The room was perfect and quiet.

The only thing was the antisocial behavior of some of the locals buying their highs from our window view

I liked the security of the general public not being able to enter the premises. I think that customers only be able to access via a security code for both the building and the actual room is a unique security measure I haven't come across before. The apartment/room was very big, more so than what we expected. You had nearly everything you'd need such as cutlery, pots/pans, etc., but if you were staying for a longer period, you should consider bringing extra towels such as dishcloths and sponges as these aren't provided so it's a little tricky to actually wash your dishes, should you have any.

They take a £100 "deposit" when you arrive, and we weren't able to pre-pay so had to pay both the actual room amount, and the "deposit" upon arrival, which was fine. I messaged them in the morning after I left because there was nobody at the desk to check out, or confirm that this deposit would be returned. As there was no key card, you simply walk out of the property, so efficient but not the most friendly end to our stay. They stopped replying after I told them what room number I stayed in, and didn't message at all to confirm what was happening with that money. Upon phoning my bank, we were able to get this back, but I would highly recommend paying with a credit card for extra security because I'm not sure whether this is a one off, or if they've done it to other travellers.
