The view

The beds were far too soft, the mattress was smaller than the bed and had seen better days, felt every spring, double bed frame was old and rickety. Very noisy during evening due to night time revellers. TV worked intermittently. Absolutely no instructions on how to work cooker, washing machine etc.

Was a great location.

Cleanliness and view amazing

Hübsch eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung direkt am Meer. Wir haben die Aussicht aus dem Erkerfenster sehr genossen, vor allem die eindrücklichen Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

The apartment was modern clean and comfortable with excellent views

Doors very stiff and main door difficult to open. The common parts were in need of an upgrade. The bike race made getting a car anywhere near the building impossible and the request for advice not answered. Appreciate the owner had no control over the event . However, I would not have booked if I had known there was this issue.

Location on the beach front was good. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom had great facilities. The beds were okay but could be better quality for the cost of the accommodation.

Parking was a first come- so there was no guarantee of a space if it was a really busy day. There was no information for guests to explain any of the facilities - ie how to turn on the heated towel rail in the bathroom for example. The tv was reliant on the internet connection - which was not good and lagging so turned it off after 5 minutes and didn't use again. Front street door was not secured due to disrepair - needs maintenance. The town itself is underwhelming, is tired and could use some love and pride by the locals.
