The lodge was lovely clean and very comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities, the heating was very simple to use, and the lodge was lovely and warm. Comfortable beds Excellent showers and, of course, a great hot tub to relax in. All in all, we had a fab weekend. Sharon was a perfect host with great communication, and she left a lovely welcome pack for the birthday girl. We had a beautiful Sunday lunch at the onsite club, which is definitely worth a visit. We would definitely return and recommend it to friends.

There's nothing to dislike about the lodge itself it's fab. The park is lovely but could do with better lighting outside at night. Also, direction signs around the park to the clubhouse would be helpful, especially at night. The path to the clubhouse is not great. I recommend wellies in the winter. There are no onsite shop facilities so make sure you have everything with you if you don't want to travel to the shops.

The ensuite with shower was an added bonus, the hot tub, loads of towels, cleanliness, welcome gift, well stocked kitchen which made cooking etc easy, comfortable beds, great WiFi and lovely decor.
