The most incredible experience of our lives! Everything looked authentic as if you were in Africa! The staff were always willing to help. The extra carrots to feed the wildlife from the pool area or from your balcony was the perfect touch!

We had a two bedroom apartment, and wow it was amazing! So much space, with views over the pool (that was always empty!) The pool had views over the safari animals - zebras, elephants, rhinos and giraffes. The hotel's single rooms seemed to look directly over the safari animals. The hotel provided carrots to feed the animals. Steff were so accommodating. Lion restaurant done amazing breakfast and their evening menu was fantastic, food was so tasty, and with views if the amazing lions. Lots of opportunities to see, feed and hold different animals, as well as baby amazing shows within the safari itself! It's was such an amazing experience

Расположение, возможность кормить животных. На территории сафари парка. Неплохой ресторан-когда ешь на тебя на расстоянии пары метров смотрят лев и львица - очень мило, по меню готовят очень неплохо, шведский стол на завтрак-мог бы быть лучше. При аренде 2 номеров удачно расположили бронь - рядом.

Мы арендовали 2 номера, в обоих вода текла около унитазов. Краны давно не отчищенные, полы не промытые. Чистота оставляет желать сильно лучшего.

Stayed for 1 night. Access to Safari Park for the afternoon and next day until close of park. 2 bed apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely view of the animals. Balcony with two chairs. Buggy service to rooms from reception was welcome after a lot of walking. Great breakfast provided. Did the Night Safari with dinner which was great fun.

My mistake but I did not realise that entry to the Marine Park is now on a separate ticket. But that was my error.

dont know where to start! perfect place not only for kids, free safari, kids zones, zebras can come so close to pool, from room balcony you can see giraffes, zebras, rhino, and many many more

This place is next level. The amount to do takes you a whole day to get around. All of the animals to see are amazing including the safari tour. Our room was the last room on the corner with a great view of the animals. A pool nearby to throw the carrots to the animals. Having dinner with the lions in the restaurant was an amazing experience the staff in there were lovely. The splash park was brilliant for our 4 year old. Breakfast was nice would have been better with a few more options but the quality was lovely.

Nothing to dislike, just a few more options at breakfast would be great.

Friendly staff, amazing experience especially for those with young children.

Slightly dated, room can be improved. Was expecting a good view of the safari but our room was facing the pool instead.

Accessibility and the flora and fauna

Couldn’t fault it!

The room was comfortable and had a Safari feel about it. Great view over the animals open range. Safari tour was excellent. The shows were very good. Well timed and set out to allow guests to see every show.

Loose floor tiles in our room and gap between doors leading to balcony. Speaking clarity of the presenters and volume and placement of public address system could be improved at both the Bird and Orangutan presentations.
