"Great experience with kids."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kids loved interacting with the wildlife. We had a lot of fun at the pool and was nice to see the safaris passing from there. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Feeding the animals experiences cost a lot extra and I think some of them eg meerkats and giraffes could be included in the price of staying at the lodge.

Buggy service should inform advance. Pool is quite far. Mosquitoes can be lots.

"Safari experience was good but accommodation was average."

The safari aspects of it. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Expensive for just accommodation aspect. Accommodation was dated, very dark, shower leaked flooding bathroom, only small supply of water provided.
