Poor maintenece. Shower head leaking. Overpriced. Intense light to the room from the pool light.

Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno offerto il tipico the marocchino con dei biscotti e ci hanno dato una mappa della città fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. La struttura è un’oasi di pace e tranquillità ed è situata a 25 minuti a piedi da piazza Jama El Fna dove sono situate le principali attrazioni e i vari ristoranti e rooftop più conosciuti.

Il Riad è situato in un quartiere che considero poco sicuro, soprattutto di notte. Ci siamo sentiti a disagio ogni volta che rientravamo in zona. La biancheria è da cambiare (ho trovato delle macchie) e consiglio di ristrutturare assolutamente il bagno perché è davvero piccolo e trascurato.

No existeix cap SPA, tenen una petita sala on hi ha dos camilles, el treballador del riad ens va voler vendre una sessio de hammam i spa, sort que no la vam fer perque per el mateix preu tens hammams de veritat per la ciutat. El primer dia t'ho intenten vendre tot, com per exemple Transfers per anar als llocs, es molt mes barat agafar un taxi de la ciutat. Recomano no agafar res del que et venen ells i no fer cas al "SPA" del titol

Le personnel était à l'écoute et très aimable. Mention spéciale à Hamza qui s'est montré très serviable et disponible lorsque nous en avions besoin. Nous avions également des serviettes propres chaque jour.

L'emplacement par rapport aux restaurants et à la place Jama el Fna qui nécessitait pas mal de marche.

The traditional Riad was lovely, rooms very practical and clean. Towels changed every day. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. I got met at my taxi to walk to the Riad as arrived late on the Sat evening

Breakfast got a bit repetitive so did go out for breakfast a few times. Having some hot options would have been good
