The communication and hospitality of the owner, the appartmant (very spacious and modern) and the view (NY cafe). Everything was perfect

Nothing, everyrhing was great

Our main goal was New York Cafe, so we looked for accommodation as close as possible. Best view! It is quite close to almost all the important sights to visit. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bathrooms, we had room for 8 people easily. The staff was friendly and at our disposal at all times. We did not regret anything, maybe just that we stayed too short.

Emplacement parfait et agencement agréable avec trois chambres pour loger une grande famille ou deux familles avec de l’espace pour tous.

Location is very good to get around most popular spots. Tram station just out the door 2 mins walk. Apartment is very big, plenty space with the 3 bedrooms. Modern decor and clean.

Decoración moderna y bonita y habitaciones con buenas dimensiones. Buena ubicación.

El edificio es súper antiguo, sucio y descuidado. Dentro del apartamento había cosas que faltaban, como por ejemplo: trapos en la cocina, bolsas de basura, escoba, fregona, muy pocas toallas, papel higiénico muy justo. Además, el frigorífico estaba fuera de su sitio y perdía agua provocando que el suelo estuviera constantemente mojado y sin fregona o trapo para poder secarlo. Tenían un sensor de incendios en la cocina y estuvo pitando hasta que nos dimos cuenta que tenía la batería baja. La ubicación del piso es buena pero la insonorización del mismo no, por la noche se escucha perfectamente pasar el tranvía y las sirenas de las ambulancias y policía pasan con frecuencia.
